Enjoy your time out in a cozy group of up to 7 women in a breathtakingly beautiful setting.
The creative and movement-promoting activities alternate in a pleasant rhythm. You don't need any prior knowledge because it's all about the flow of the experience, meaning letting go and allowing yourself to be in the moment. You will always be well guided.
In between, you'll have time for yourself and your own activities, with Christina offering helpful support and her extensive insider knowledge.

Paintflow
We paint standing with acrylic paint and brushes, sponges and spatulas on paper on the wall. The focus is on experiencing the moment and getting into a flow. In a trustworthy atmosphere, you engage playfully with colors and shapes.
Christina supports you in what you need for staying in the flow and helps you through any difficulties.
Overcoming obstacles in your painting process will have a positive influence on your life management.
Be creative by the sea
With all our senses we connect to this energetically powerful and magical place right by the sea.
You will receive a well prepared bag with various painting materials and are invited to freely express yourself through sketching, writing or painting.
Be in motion
Find your inner balance with yoga sessions led by Teresa and discover interesting facts about the flora and fauna of Costa Vicentina and the iconic cork oak trees of Alentejo during relaxed and informativ hiking tours with Finn.
Group finale
On the last evening, we round off your empowering week with wellness. In the mobile wood-fired sauna, another heartfelt project by Christina, we relax and enjoy soothing infusions and a swim in the pool.
Afterwards, we reflect on our experiences over a shared dinner.
